ARMS (Building Management App)
ARMS is a building management app that creates resident satisfaction, with great tracking and automation of support service task requests. With ARMS, residents can quickly make requests about their building, both on their floor and in common areas. See a lightbulb out or stain on the carpet? Put in a simple task request with the app and the task will be immediately assigned to the correct staff. Residents can also flag important concerns that will go directly to the attention of Security and Property Management. Residents will also get an immediate notification when the task they requested is complete. The ARMS app also sends instant notifications when packages arrive, and communicates important building information, like down times and ongoing construction work. ARMS will transform community living by streamlining communications and tracking that everything is running smoothly.

Key Features of this amazing ARMS app.

1. You can request for Cleaning rooms, Maintenance of rooms, Security task of building.
2. You will receive notifications about your packages when they are in buildings through ARMS.
3. You have to scan the QR code provided by management to pick up packages.
4. You can Book amenities in the building that are using ARMS app.
5. You can get management details, company details and contact details through ARMS (if they are using the ARMS app in building).

*note: You can only use the ARMS Application in buildings that are currently running ARMS.
