LaundroKart Pickup executive/Valet team use the LaundroKart POS application. Using the application valet team can view & manage all incoming orders to provide door step services.
How it Works:
When a user place a pickup request from LaundroKart website or native apps the LaundroKart system will have the ability to assign that order to a nearest available LaundroKart Valet, and the same pickup request details will be reflected in the LaundroKart POS app.
The Valet team has the option to accept or reject the pick-up request. The user of LaundroKart POS application will have the information regarding the customer pickup request (name, phone number, pickup requested date & slot, address)

1.The Valet team has the option to accept or reject the pick-up request.
2.Valet team can navigate to customer address
3.The LaundroKart Valet can update the status of the pickup & delivery.
4.Valet can create the bill instantly and add customer preferences, take QC pictures.
5.Valet can use the LaundroKart POS app to deliver the order and update the payment status of the same on the go.
6.LaundroKart POS has the capability to accept the payments via Swipe Machine, QR Code, etc and sync the same transaction details to the central LaundroKart software.
7.Valet has the option to review all the completed pickups and deliveries.
