You just bought a new phone, received the new laptop you ordered online, or picked up a new stroller for your first child? We are just as excited about your new purchase as you are, and want to help you make the most out of it.
Many things we buy, come with a manufacturer’s warranty, we may even have signed up for an extended warranty, but when something happens and we would need to use it, we can’t remember where we put the receipt, it might no longer be legible, or it just seems easier to replace the item directly ourselves, instead of trying to figure out how to get it fixed.
