PRIVATE CHAT HELPLINE
Get help from real humans anytime through our private chat helpline. Our team is like your companion, always on-hand to talk if you feel low, or assist you with everything from registering the death to applying for time off work.
GET EXPERT ADVICE
Every week we host live video events with bereavement experts, so you can learn about grief and ask questions. There’s also a library of articles and videos to help you with every step of the way, from the first weeks to ten year anniversary.
SAFE MODERATED COMMUNITY
Your safety is really important so we moderate the community. Grief can make you feel like everything is pointless or you don’t want to be here anymore. Whilst we’re not a crisis service, we do have a specially trained team to spot and support people who are feeling very low.
SELECTED SERVICES FOR YOU
Whatever you need help with, our team can match you to the right expert to help. We work with carefully selected partners such as funeral directors, account/asset locators, therapists, solicitors, house removers, financial advisors. This is a paid-for service, and how we are able to offer everything else for free.
