- start navigating to the airfield itself, or the desired spotting location, restaurant or hotel (external navigation app required)
- view all airfields on the map, or browse through a list organized by country
- customize the map view with which type of airfields to show
The app is ideal for the travelling aircraft spotter, not only to easily find each and every airfield in the world, but also to find the best spots to watch the planes. The list of spotting locations, restaurants and hotels is not complete, but growing every day.
All data is stored inside the app in a local database, meaning that you can also use the app without a network connection (the map will not load in that case). Local data is synced with the server on a daily bassis, so every newly added spotting location will show up quickly.
