Mô tả
La revalorisation des friches agricoles constitue une opportunité pour revitaliser les territoires, améliorer la souveraineté alimentaire, préserver les paysages, protéger et restaurer la biodiversité, limiter les risques naturels et sanitaires, le mitage du territoire et la fermeture des paysages.
S’engager dans la reconquête des friches implique préalablement de les localiser, afin de pouvoir identifier leurs propriétaires, les sensibiliser à votre projet de territoire, envisager la maitrise foncière des biens concernés (achat ou location) et permettre la déclinaison de démarches concertées pour leur donner une nouvelle orientation.
C’est pourquoi, la Safer Occitanie a développé Izifriche, une application mobile collaborative dédiée à la géolocalisation des friches agricoles.
D’un simple clic, Izifriche permet de localiser et de qualifier les friches selon une typologie préétablie, selon 10 classes (friche agricole herbacée, friche herbacée avec présence de ligneux, friche arbustive basse, friche arbustive haute, friche avec présence de bâti, oliveraie abandonné, verger abandonné, verger de châtaignier abandonné et vigne abandonnée, potentiel sylvopastoral)
Dotée d’un système de géolocalisation et d’un espace cartographique (photographies aériennes et plans cadastraux) à l’échelle de l’Occitanie, elle permet de localiser et caractériser une friche repérée sur le terrain tout en visualisant les inventaires friches préalablement réalisés, facilitant les mises à jour.
Afin que les nouveaux utilisateurs de l’outil soient rapidement opérationnels, un guide d’utilisation et une typologie illustrée des friches sont mis à disposition sur le site de la Safer et envoyés à la demande. Les données collectées via Izifriche sont traitées par la Safer et centralisées sur un serveur dédié, au fil de l’eau. Y figure les données suivantes : date de saisie, géoréférencement, typologie de la friche (ou de l’occupation du sol constatée en cas d’annulation d’une friche) et données cadastrales de la parcelle.
