Our intelligent service allows passengers to share their journey with others going their way. Book a journey and our powerful algorithm matches you with one of the Link On Demand shuttles that will pick you up at a convenient spot. Link On Demand is a new model of on-demand transport - a technology-enabled vehicle that comes to a street corner near you, when and where you need it.

How does On Demand Transit work?
- On-demand travel is a concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Link On Demand app, input your address within the areas we serve, and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up at your location, or nearby, and drop you off close to your destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel.
How long will I wait?
- You'll always get an estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your Link On Demand shuttle in real time in the app.
