Platforma MapGO rozwiązuje problem tzw. ostatniej mili, czyli odpowiada na pytanie jak obsłużyć jak najwięcej Klientów, jak najniższym kosztem.
ZOPTYMALIZOWANE TRASY U KIEROWCY
Platforma optymalizacyjna MapGO (mapgo.pl) to usługa webowa typu SaaS służąca do planowania optymalnych tras dojazdu do Klientów dla pracowników w terenie, rozwiązująca problem tzw. ostatniej mili. Trasy planowane i optymalizowane są na wybrany dzień (24h), dla maksymalnie tylu pojazdów, na ile Użytkownik wykupi licencję dającą dostęp do platformy MapGO. Administrator platformy MapGO wykupuje licencję na taką liczbę pojazdów, ile liczy jego flota. W cenie zakupu licencji otrzymuje taką samą liczbę licencji na aplikację MapGO Mobile.
Planowanie i optymalizacja tras oraz wysyłka gotowych tras na urządzenia kierowców leży po stronie Administratora platformy webowej MapGO. Każdy z pojazdów jest połączony z konkretnym kierowcą, posiadającym unikalny adres email.
OKNA CZASOWE
Trasy planowane przez Użytkownika platformy MapGO uwzględniają godziny dostępności Klientów, których odwiedza kierowca, czyli tzw. okna czasowe. Każdy z punktów na trasie (Klientów) może mieć zdefiniowane jedno okno czasowe.
MONITORING
Aktualna pozycja zalogowanego do aplikacji MapGO Mobile kierowcy może być monitorowana na mapie przez Użytkownika platformy MapGO. Użytkownik platformy MapGO mobile widzi ostatnią pozycję kierowcy oraz jego prędkość, z którą podróżował w ostatniej zapisanej lokalizacji.
LIVETRACKING
Każde ze zleceń (punktów trasy) może posiadać jeden ze statusów (Nierozpoczęte, Zrealizowano, Nie zrealizowano, Odrzucono). Kierowca zmienia status zlecenia zgodnie z jego realizacją.
NAWIGACJA GPS
Aplikacja MapGO Mobile po kliknięciu opcji Nawiguj przy kolejnych punktach trasy, prowadzi do nawigacji Google Maps.
Częścią składową aplikacji MapGO Mobile jest mapa Polski Emapy, na której kierowca widzi całą trasę na dany dzień oraz swoją aktualną pozycję. Mapa ta nie jest wykorzystywana do nawigowania do punktów tras.
BEZPŁATNY 7-DNIOWY OKRES TESTOWY
Aplikację MapGO Mobile można testować bezpłatnie przez 7 dni, pod warunkiem założenia konta w platformie MapGO (mapgo.pl). Aplikację można przetestować na 2 sposoby:
1. Właściciel (administrator) konta w platformie MapGO pobiera aplikację MapGO Mobile na swoje urządzenie mobilne, loguje się na te same dane, których użył do zakładania konta w platformie MapGO i wysyła zoptymalizowane trasy sam sobie
2. Właściciel (administrator) konta w platformie MapGO dodaje nowego Użytkownika (kierowcę). Kierowca pobiera aplikację MapGO Mobile na swoje urządzenie mobilne, loguje się na adres email podany przez administratora i otrzymane w emailu aktywacyjnym hasło. Następnie kierowca odbiera trasy zoptymalizowane i wysłane mu przez administratora.
DANE MAPOWE
Producentem aplikacji MapGO Mobile, dostawcą mapy Polski jest polska Spółka Emapa (emapa.pl). Dane mapowe są na bieżąco aktualizowane na podstawie zgłoszeń użytkowników rozwiązań Emapy, informacji zbieranych w terenie, danych uzyskiwanych z GDDKiA czy zdjęć lotniczych i satelitarnych. Nowa mapa jest dostępna dla Użytkowników aplikacji co kwartał.
W momencie rozpoczęcia nawigacji, Użytkownik jest kierowany do zewnętrznej aplikacji Google Maps.
