This is a 24x7 service and can be book by giving just a miss call on 72328 72328 in Jodhpur, Jaipur and Lucknow or by our App. After your miss call, our call centre executive talk to you about your pick-up/drop off destination. At the time of booking, you can ask about fare, waiting time and expected time to react etc. The Booking centre uses its GPRS screen to direct the nearest available taxies to the client and informs him of the time the taxi is expected to take to reach him. Our executivesare happy to positive reply on all your queries. Costs are calculated on a kilometer basis, from pick-up to drop-off.
Safety of passengers is most important for Meri Auto. You can feel complete safe and secure because all Cabs and Autos are under trackking system by the controller in the call center office. All Cabs and Auto are equipped with GPRS and they are constantly monitored by a controller in our 24x7 running call centre. So, you can trust our drivers as they are fully trained and verified before assigned with Meri Auto even you are alone lady, elder or a kid.
