描述
- It uses the device’s internal GPS to measure how far you’ve traveled to a resolution of 0.001 mile.
- The navigator enters the assigned average speed(s).
- The app then computes how long it should have taken you to travel that distance at the assigned speed and compares that to your device’s clock. Once a second, the app reports exactly how early (ahead of schedule) or late (behind schedule) you are.
- The navigator reports this information to the rally driver as frequently as desired.
The app has a feature that allows you to adjust its odometer to match the rallymaster’s official odometer.
The app allows the navigator to correct its odometer ‘on the fly’ whenever a precise mileage is provided in the Route Instructions.
The app has an operating instruction document that explains all of its features. This document describes exactly how to use the app on a TSD rally. No prior rally app experience is required to successfully use Mojo TSD Navigator.
