The App is built with a focus on saving your time, making easy payrolls, calculating fuel expenses, and dispatching and managing trips with no time. With built-in GPS navigation, the App helps NEMT dispatchers and drivers minimize the trip process time and enables drivers to make more trips and take more convenient roads to maximize their experience.
Key Features of the NCD Driver App:
Clock in, Clock out
The driver app enables NEMT drivers to manage their shifts efficiently. Through the App, drivers can directly clock in and clock out; the feature allows NEMT dispatchers to do seamless shift tracking and payroll management.
Trip Management
The NCD Driver App lets drivers access detailed trip information. Our App can categorize trips such as scheduled, in progress or escort (with special requirements), and even next day trips. This would keep your NEMT driver punctual at work.
Status Updates
With the app drivers can stay alert with real time status. Drivers can get notification if any trip status is change like “on the way, arrived at pickup, trip in progress and even if completed.
4. In-App Chat
This Application enables drivers of NEMT to use its built-in chat feature with dispatchers. This feature empowers the driver with real time communication, quick information exchange, exchanging words on rout difficulty, delays or route change.
5. Document Uploads
NEMT drivers can upload essential documents through the App such as details of total gallons, per gallon price, or vehicle mileage. All the documents can be uploaded with no time and empower dispatchers to make instant decisions.
6. Pay Summary:
Dispatchers can clearly have driver’s pay period details, mileage incentives and running incentive. Likely, drivers can also track their earning history through automated calculation feature. Easy auto access to pay cycle improves transparency and credibility between driver and dispatcher.
7. Google Maps Integration/ Customization Options
The App has built-in Google Maps functionality, providing drivers with reliable navigation tools to optimize their routes and reach destinations efficiently. The App allows for extensive customization, ensuring the unique needs of different NEMT providers. This includes customizable vehicle inspection forms and accident report forms.
8. Vehicle Inspection Form
Through the NCD driver app, drivers can directly submit vehicle inspection forms. Inspection results are instantly uploaded to the dispatch system, allowing administrators to address any issues promptly and keep digital inspection records.
9. Driver Profile Update
With the App your drivers can intently upload documents even the profile pictures to get register with dispatcher. The features ensure the security and safety be enhancing transparency on dispatcher side and customer side.
