Q-ALERT
Q-ALERT is a community-driven emergency alert and incident reporting app designed for the residents of President Roxas, Developed to strengthen grassroots communication, Q-ALERT enables neighbors, local groups, and barangay volunteers to stay informed and connected during emergencies.

With Q-ALERT, community members can:

Report incidents such as fires, accidents, medical emergencies, or natural disasters in real-time.

Receive alerts and local announcements shared by trusted community volunteers and local organizations.

Access important contact numbers and safety resources curated by local groups and residents.

Q-ALERT is built on the principle of community collaboration, allowing residents to take part in keeping their neighborhoods safe and informed. The app promotes faster coordination and mutual support, especially in times of crisis.

Who can use Q-ALERT?
Q-ALERT is open to all community-based groups, barangay volunteers, and neighborhood associations in President Roxas. Groups that wish to contribute updates or manage local alerts can request to join as community partners. Upon review, our team will onboard them to the platform and provide tools to share verified information with their respective areas.

Community-First, Not Government-Run
Q-ALERT is an independent, non-government initiative. It is not affiliated with any official government agency. All information shared through the app comes directly from verified community contributors or local organizations. Q-ALERT does not validate or modify content and serves solely as a communication platform for community collaboration.
