Принцип роботи:
- Тривожне повідомлення, отримане оператором ПЦС, передається на сервер «Reactio».
- Сервер «Reactio» визначає найближчу до тривожного об’єкту групу швидкого реагування та відправляє на її планшет завдання на виїзд та додаткову інформацію про об’єкт.
- Група швидкого реагування, отримавши завдання на виїзд, бачить на своєму планшеті маршрут від свого місця розташування до тривожного об’єкту та виїжджає по завданню.
Під час опрацювання завдання, ГШР за допомогою інтуїтивної системи звітування надсилає оператору ПЦС стан його виконання.
- В цей час, оператор ПЦС в реальному часі, за допомогою інтерфейсу оператора, може бачити всі ГШР на карті, місце їх розташування та стан виконання завдання.
- Крім того, відправлений ГШР стан виконання завдання відображається в сітці подій СПТС для перегляду оператором ПЦС.
Для коректної роботи, додаток повинен отримувати дані про актуальне місцерозташування ГШР у фоновому режимі роботи, завдяки чому ГШР зможе отримувати завдання на виїзд до об'єкту, до якого вона знаходиться найближче.
