描述
De Smartroute app biedt de volgende functionaliteit:
∙ Makkelijk toevoegen of wijzigen van stops via snelle zoekfunctie
∙ Mogelijkheid om adressen in te spreken via de dicteer functie
∙ Overzichtelijke kaart met de te rijden route
∙ Duidelijk overzicht per stopnummer
∙ Ondersteuning van meerdere type voertuigen zoals fiets, auto en elektrische voertuigen
∙ Direct starten van de navigatie (Maps, Waze, Kaarten) naar je volgende stop
∙ Extra bezorg informatie zoals aantal colli, bestelopmerking etc.
∙ Direct bellen vanuit de app
∙ Track & trace meldingen sturen naar de ontvanger
∙ Digitale pakbonnen
∙ Scannen van pakketten
∙ Volledig instelbare velden
∙ Registratie van leveringsinformatie (afgeleverd, niet thuis, andere reden)
∙ Registratie van bewijs van aflevering middels handtekening en foto
∙ Inloggen per chauffeur
∙ Registratie van gereden routes, tijden en wachttijden
Een aantal van bovenstaande functies is alleen mogelijk in combinatie met onze (betaalde) dashboard software. Deze betaalde versie biedt een dashboard waarin het mogelijk is om uitgebreidere planningen te maken, waarbij er een slimme verdeling gemaakt kan worden van stops over diverse inzetbare chauffeurs. Daarnaast kan er rekening gehouden worden met beperkende order of wagen factoren zoals tijdsloten, aantal colli, volume etc. Via het live scherm is exact te volgen waar de chauffeurs zich bevinden en via Track & Trace blijft de klant altijd op de hoogte.
