描述
Unabhängig von der Art der Anlieferung (Direktanlieferung oder Consolabfertigung) können die ATLAS-Prozesse "Voranmeldung", "Gestellung", "Ausgangsbestätigung" und "Umfuhr" automatisiert abgewickelt werden. Alle Partner sind in die Prozessabwicklung mit ZAPP-Air eingebunden (Luftfrachtspediteure, Handlingagenten, Carrier, Zoll). Bei einer Direktanlieferung über ZAPP-Air kann die Gestellung telefonisch oder über die neue Lösung ZAPP-Air mobile initiiert werden. Für die Nutzung von ZAPP-Air mobile ist lediglich ein internetfähiges Mobiltelefon oder Smartphone erforderlich.
