Açıklama
El desarrollo inició con la valoración de la evidencia del uso y resultados de tecnologías de información y comunicación para mejorar la salud neonatal en general y con el fin de abordar problemas de salud o intervenciones específicas.
En el marco de la pandemia por COVID 19, el proyecto cobra especial relevancia, ayudando a fortalecer el acceso a información relevante, sensible y de calidad.
El aplicativo fue desarrollado considerando dos perfiles de usuarios: cuidadores y equipos de salud. Esto permite orientar los contenidos con especificidad y presentarlos en forma acorde a las necesidades y requerimientos particulares de cada usuario.
Con la finalidad de facilitar el acceso a información de calidad, la información y los materiales brindados provienen principalmente de documentos técnicos de la Organización Mundial de la Salud y Organización Panamericana de la Salud, así como de su Biblioteca Virtual de Salud, utilizando un sistema de indexación que facilita la búsqueda de información por parte de los usuarios.
Los temas presentados, que incluyen información en forma de texto, videos, infografías, recomendaciones, imágenes, noticias, se agrupan en torno a seis categorías principales: lactancia, cuidado del lactante, higiene, promoción de la salud, crecimiento y desarrollo y dudas frecuentes. Además, cuenta con etiquetas temáticas tales como vacunas, prematurez, lactante, entre otras. Los temas involucran información de interés para familias, cuidadores y equipos de salud sobre cuidados de los recién nacidos, las etapas y cambios que se irán presentando, las necesidades y signos que requieren de cuidados e intervenciones específicas, así como sobre problemas frecuentes de salud.
El buscador de la aplicación permite acceder fácil y rápidamente a los contenidos, agrupados en categorías.
