Discover the most precise way to measure your heart rate and pulse with the Heart Rate Monitor app! Just place your finger on the camera to get your heartbeat in a few moments. (This algorithm used by our App is not FDA approved, so always use an FDA approved apparatus for accurate results.)

You don't need any specialized equipment to use your phone. Waveform graphs provide an in-depth analysis, CSV export is available to print, and you have access to health knowledge and insights from experts.
How do I use the App?
To use the App, place one fingertip gently over the back camera lens and stay still for several seconds. It's best to use the App in a bright place or turn on the flashlight for an accurate reading.
Is this App reliable?
Our App uses the camera of your phone to capture images and algorithms to detect your heart rate. We have conducted comprehensive and professional experiments to ensure that the readings are accurate. (But not always if your finger is not properly visible to the camera)
How often should I use the App?
For the most accurate readings, it is recommended to use the App several times a day, particularly when you wake up in the morning, go to bed or after workouts.
What is considered a normal heart rate?
According to the American Heart Association and the Mayo Clinic, a normal resting heart rate for adult's ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. However, this can be affected by various factors such as stress, physical fitness level, and medication use.

Additionally, be aware that in certain devices, the LED flash may become very hot. If you require any assistance, please contact your primary healthcare provider.
