描述
alarmer fra CareCom-systemer.
SwanMobile Push fungerer uanset om mobiltelefonen er koblet på et lokalnet via WiFi,
eller om telefonen er koblet på teleudbyderens net via GPRS, 3G el.lign.
Medarbejderen skal ikke tænke på at koble af og på netværkene, da det håndteres automatisk af SwanMobile Push app’en.
Med SwanMobile Push kan du interaktivt afvise eller acceptere alarmer. Alarmer vil altid blive modtaget – uanset hvilken app medarbejderen anvender - da SwanMobile Push hele tiden kører i baggrunden.
Alarmerne skal enten accepteres eller afvises. Efter typisk 2 minutter vil der være
tidsudløb og alarmen sendes videre til næste personale i udkaldsplanen.
Ved accept fremkommer der yderligere informationer vedrørende alarmen – fx
telefonnummer og noter vedr. borgerens helbred (sukkersyge, åndedrætsbesvær
etc.). Ved hjælp af et enkelt tryk kan der ringes tilbage til borgeren.
