Bring your sheet music to life with MidiPlayback, the ultimate app for viewing and playing music scores on MIDI instruments.
Designed for musicians, students, and educators, MidiPlayback combines high-quality score rendering with real-time MIDI playback. It displays sheet music using the Verovio engine and supports playback through USB or Bluetooth-connected MIDI devices, or via tablet speaker.

🎼 Smart Sheet Music Viewer
View your scores in the open format: .mei thanks to Verovio.
This is not a score editor. To use your scores here, convert them to .mei format and unroll them with your favorite editor, such as MuseScore or the Verovio Online Editor.
Import your .mei files using the ↓ button or the Android file manager.
🎹 Real-Time MIDI Playback
Connect to your MIDI instruments (synths, expanders, keyboards) via USB-OTG (e.g., M-Audio MIDISPORT Uno) or Bluetooth (e.g., Yamaha MD-BT01).
Tap the MIDI button to connect to USB or Bluetooth devices — depending on permissions, multiple attempts may be required.
Use the built-in FluidSynth engine for on-device sound playback.

Control tempo, transpose, mute instruments, and change MIDI programs.
Show or hide staves and adjust zoom for optimal readability.
