Swiss Wine
Die Schweiz ist von Kontrasten und von Vielfalt geprägt, wie auch ihre Weinberge. Hier am Kreuzungspunkt der französischen, deutschen und italienischen Kultur erstrecken sich sechs Weinregionen mit jeweils ganz spezifischen Böden und klimatischen Besonderheiten. Resultat: eine vielleicht weltweit einzigartige Vielfalt an Rebsorten, Traditionen, Appellationen und Terroirs auf relativ begrenztem Raum. Jeder dieser autonomen Staaten besitzt eine eigene Verfassung und folglich auch eine eigene Gesetzgebung, auch für den Weinbau. Die Vielfalt der Sprachen, Landschaften und Bräuche verleiht dem kleinen Land im Herzen Europas seinen ganz besonderen Charme, auch wenn Aussenstehende manchmal vielleicht nicht alles verstehen. Ebenso komplex bietet sich die Schweiz als Weinland dar. Hier unterscheidet man sechs Weinregionen: Die vier Hauptregionen – Wallis (Deutsch und Französisch), Waadt (Französisch),Tessin (Italienisch) und Genf (Französisch) – decken sich mit den gleichnamigen Kantonen. In den Regionen Drei-Seen-Land (Deutsch und Französisch) und Deutschschweiz (Deutsch und Rätoromanisch) findet man Weingärten mehrerer Kantone. Die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Weinmagazin VINUM Swiss Wine App enthält alles, was Geniesser über die Schweizer Weinregionen wissen wollen oder sollten inkl. 1) Geschichte und Hintergrundinformationen und 2) Detailportrait der relevanten Weinorte.
