What is PingMe?
- PingMe is an integrated platform that connects and optimizes communication with a company's customers through various channels, including OTT, Messenger, Social Networks, and other online media.

A. Key Features include:
1. Customer Information Integration and Exchange: Centralize customer data and information from OTT, Messenger, and Social Network channels to optimize information management and quick responses.
2. Information Forwarding and Routing: PingMe automatically forwards information from customers to employees within the company. This ensures that important information is sent to the right person, enhancing responsiveness and addressing customer requests.
3. Real-time Visual Customer Information and Transactions: Display visual information on the customer interaction screen, including promotions, loyalty programs, sales figures, history, order status, and various scenarios to boost sales and introduce new services and products. This enhances interaction and improves the introduction of new services and products.
4. Communication Content Recording: Automatically store and record communication content with customers in context, spanning the entire history from reception to completion of requests, referred to as "tickets." This helps create a valuable data source for analysis and improves communication processes in the future.
5. Access for Multiple Departments/Teams: Employees from different departments can access information and conversation contexts (before/during/after) in real-time if granted permission, with potential restrictions based on region and geographic responsibility. This improves overall customer understanding and enhances interaction between different parts of the company.
6. Internal Chat Integration: Integrated internal chat functionality directly on the customer interaction interface, allowing relevant personnel to discuss and exchange information quickly before a representative responds to the customer with the final content. This feature fosters flexible collaboration among employees, enabling discussions, sharing opinions, and making accurate, quality decisions for final responses.
7. Automated Survey System: Integration of an automated survey system to gather customer feedback after each interaction. This helps measure communication effectiveness to improve services and customer satisfaction.
B. Operating Procedure:
1. When a customer sends a request or exchanges information, PingMe automatically receives and immediately notifies relevant employees.
Employees promptly receive the notification to respond or use the "Issue" function (internal chat) to have a group discussion and gain a deeper understanding of the customer's request.
2. Additionally, PingMe allows access to necessary information such as promotions, loyalty programs, sales figures, history, and order statuses in real-time, referred to as "transactions."
3. With stored tickets, employees can better understand customers during interactions, creating a seamless environment for remembering the entire history of customer requests.
4. Allows linking customer information from different platforms into PingMe to provide an "All In One" customer care service.
