SUM-UP
"एंड पावर्टी (end-poverty) उत्तर प्रदेश- 2020-21" ग्राम्य विकास विभाग एवं पंचायती राज विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के द्वारा संकल्पित एक अभियान है जिससे गरीबी उन्मूलन के एक त्वरित रणनीति के तौर पर लागू किया जा रहा है I इस अभियान के अंतर्गत मोबाइल ऍप के माध्यम से वैज्ञानिक संकेतकों के सापेक्ष अतिगरीब परिवारों की पहचान करना है I तत्पश्चात उन्हें सरकारी कार्यक्रमों के अंतर्गत यथासंभव वांछित सुविधाएं/ सेवाएं उपलब्द्ध कराते हुए 5-6 महीने का अल्प समयांतराल में गरीबी रेखा से ऊपर ले जाने की कोशिश होगी I उनके स्थिति में इस बदलाव के स्तर को स्थायित्व देने के लिए सरकार के कई अन्य कार्यक्रमों से उन्हें जोड़ा जायेगा I एक समेकित रणनीति के तहत, यह अभियान प्रदेश के दस सबसे आकांक्षी (aspirational)/ अति पिछड़े (most backward) ज़िलों के 22 विकास खण्डों में शुरू किया जा रहा है, जिन्हे क्लस्टर फैसिलिटेशन प्रोजेक्ट (CFP) ब्लॉक कहा जाता है I ग्राम्य विकास एवं पंचायती राज विभाग के ग्राम स्तरीय कर्मचारियों के अलावा, इन विकास खण्डों में मनरेगा के कार्यान्वयन से सम्बद्ध 12 सिविल सोसाइटी आर्गेनाइजेशन (CSO) इस कार्यक्रम को गति प्रदान करेंगे एवं अभियान की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करेंगे I अभियान की मॉनिटरिंग दोनों विभागों के सर्वोच्च स्तर पर सम्पादित होगी I
