Diese Datei kann dann per E-Mail oder per Kabel von dem mobilen Gerät auf ihr stationäres System übertragen werden.
4BIT erstellt Warenwirtschaftsprogramme, spezialisiert auf stationäre Buchhandlungen.
Mithilfe der 4scan App kann der aufwendige Prozess der Inventur stark vereinfacht werden.
Die Artikel werden gescannt, die gespeicherte Liste wird dann bequem per E-Mail auf Ihr lokales System übertragen.
Die LiBraS Warenwirtschaft oder auch unserer Bibliografie HEUREKA kann diese Datei importieren.
Fertig ist die Inventur.
Aber auch außerhalb unseres 4BIT-Kosmos ist das Tool beliebig einsetzbar.
Die Textdatei kann z. B. auch in Excel importiert werden.
Informieren Sie sich am besten bei Ihrem Softwareanbieter, ob vielleicht auch Ihre Warenwirtschaft Textdateien die EAN / ISBN Nummern (Zeile wird mit CrLF abgeschlossen) verarbeiten kann.

Inventurfehler sicher vermeiden. Unsere neue Funktion "Lagerdatei" (in den Einstellungen als In-App-Kauf für 9,99 € erhältlich) unterstützt Sie dabei.
"Lagerdatei" ermöglicht Ihnen das Importieren einer Textdatei, die ISBN/EAN/GTIN/Artikelnummern aus Ihrer Warenwirtschaft oder Datenbank enthält.
Exportieren Sie die Artikelnummern aus Ihrer Anwendung in eine Textdatei (z. B. Lager.txt; pro Zeile eine Nummer, die mit CrLF abgeschlossen wird).
Zur Überprüfung Ihrer Datei haben wir ein kleines Tool entwickelt, das Ihre Datei einliest und eine kompatible 4scan-Datei ausgibt.
So können wir sicherstellen, dass die 4scan App auch Dateien verwenden kann, die nicht von unseren eigenen Applikationen (LiBraS, HEUREKA) erstellt wurden.
Die Lagerdatei können Sie einfach per E-Mail oder iCloud an das mobile Gerät senden, dort speichern und mit einem Touch in die 4scan App einlesen.
Die 4scan App überprüft nun bei jedem Scanvorgang, ob die soeben erfasste Nummer in der von Ihnen importierten Liste enthalten ist.
Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, erhalten Sie eine akustische und visuelle Rückmeldung.
Die nicht gefundene Nummer wird aber trotzdem als Bestand erfasst.
Nicht erkannte Artikel einfach zur Seite legen und im Anschluss in Ihrem Programm überprüfen.
EXTERNEN BLUETOOTH-SCANNER VERWENDEN
Sollte Ihr mobiles Gerät über keine oder nur über eine beschädigte / schlechte Kamera verfügen, so können Sie auch einen kompatiblen Bluetooth-Scanner mit
Ihrem mobilen Gerät verbinden (z. B. Eyoyo EY-017 2D).
