スペースに設置されたQRコードを読み取ることでチェックインします。
◆会議室の予約と利用
会議室の予約や現在の利用状況を確認したり、日時を指定して空いている会議室を絞込みできます。
会議室の予定が決まったときに、ACALL Mobile から会議室を予約できます。
カレンダーと連携している場合は、ご利用のカレンダーへ予定が同期されます。
◆ワンタイムQRコードでセキュアなチェックイン
ワーカーごとに用意されたQRコードは会議の開始や入室時の認証・解錠に利用できます。
QRコードは有効期限付きのワンタイム制なので、セキュリティも安心です。
◆各種通知
Acall サービスからの通知を受け取ることができます。
来客があった場合に、 Acall Reception から通知が届くので、PCから離れている場合も応対できます。
参加予定の会議の前に通知が届くので、大切な打ち合わせに遅れる心配はありません。
