Scheduling:
Field service workers live by their calendars in order to see as many customers and prospects as possible in the shortest amount of time. With Context-Based Scheduling & dynamic jobs assignment, supervisors can better manage operations like patient visits, outside sales tasks, facilities inspections, work order assignments, and dispatching and deliveries. Companies can also import daily assignments from Outlook, Google Calendar and CRM systems to consolidate daily tasks into one app for their field employees. Field employees can use the allGeo app to view and complete their daily jobs while being freed up to spend more time delivering excellent experiences to their customers and less time driving, clicking, and typing.
Tracking:
Monitoring field activities in real-time helps businesses stay on top of every field activity. Monitoring includes tracking of employees, jobs, tasks, mileage, safety and real-time exceptions. Employees can check in and check out of jobs using the allGeo mobile app, eliminating the need for timesheets and excel spreadsheets. Employees can scan QR codes at job locations or equipment to capture task information. The app also supports electronic field data collection through the allGeo mobile app, enabling employees to record a wide variety of information using mobile forms, QR scans, notes, pictures and signatures.
With the allGeo Time & Task tracker app, employees can do the following:
- Receive details about their scheduled jobs
- Get automatic reminders to log time
- Clock in/clock out
- Enter hours worked
- On site supervisors can check-in employees (crew punching)
- View status of time sheets
- Track mileage for reimbursement
- Transmit their location to headquarters
- Scan QR codes to capture jobs related information
- Collect pictures, signatures and other information via forms
Reporting:
allGeo generates reports for compliance, time & attendance and payroll to help businesses connect their field operations with other parts of their business or to share with third parties. For example time & attendance reports are necessary for home healthcare companies to meet EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) compliance requirements. Time & attendance reports are needed for payroll. allGeo also does task tracking to determine how much time employees spend at specific locations or using certain equipment. allGeo helps to combine task data with pay rates based on shifts, skills and client sites, providing highly accurate reports for payroll and jobs costing.
Supervisors & Managers:
The allGeo app also helps managers and supervisors by providing them information about all field employees in real-time. Now, there is no more downtime for the field employees waiting for new instructions to be written up manually in the event of a rescheduled service visit or no-shows. Supervisors can setup on-demand scheduling and assign tasks in real-time for optimal allocation and utilization of operations resources.
