描述
La app è perennemente collegata con il centralizzatore VMS installato in sede. Il centralizzatore supporta numerosi dispositivi e varie marche e modelli di centrali antintrusione (AVS, BENTEL, BOSCH, INIM, KSENIA, SATEL, TECNOALARM, UTC ) e videoregistratori (Aylook, HIKVISION, DAHUA, PROVISION, TVT).
Ogni singola anomalia riscontrata dal VMS, a sua volta collegato con i singoli apparati di sicurezza installati dai clienti finali, verrà segnalata istantaneamente alla app tramite notifiche push.
Tramite la geolocalizzazione, il tecnico che riceverà la segnalazione di guasto, potrà decidere come organizzare gli interventi ottimizzando i tempi di spostamento.
Tramite la nuova App VMS, l' installatore verrà a conoscenza di eventuali problemi prima del cliente finale e potrà quindi offrire un servizio di manutenzione tecnica veloce e puntuale.
La app consente:
- la ricezione di allarmi tecnici tramite notifiche push;
- l'interrogazione del centralizzatore VMS per essere sempre aggiornati sullo stato dei sistemi installati in campo;
- la geolocalizzazione dei siti da manuntenere;
- il caricamento di documenti e schemi che potranno aiutare il tecnico durante gli interventi di manutenzione;
- la visualizzazione delle telecamere;
- il controllo della centrale allarme;
La app è compatibile con VMS dalla versione 8.
