Opis
A través de l'aplicació, sense necessitat d'identificació, es pot seleccionar l'idioma, formular consultes a través del formulari habilitat a aquest efecte, veure les oficines de l'ATIB i sol·licitar cita prèvia, així com pagar tributs i deutes amb document d'ingrés amb la introducció de determinades dades (Emissora, Referència, Identificació i Import) que consten en el document o escanejant el codi de barres, per a això l'aplicació requereix permís d'accés a la cambra del dispositiu.
En el servei d'"Oficines", en el cas de triar l'opció de com arribar, s'obrirà l'aplicació de mapes del dispositiu mòbil que li indicarà la ruta des de la seva ubicació.
La identificació de l'usuari es pot fer introduint el DNI/NIF i codi de contribuent (o contrasenya) o mitjançant el sistema Cl@ve (identitat electrònica per a les administracions públiques). Així mateix, una vegada identificat per primera vegada, es permet que els següents accessos es realitzin de manera biomètrica (per empremta dactilar o reconeixement facial).
En aquesta versió de l'aplicació, una vegada identificat, les opcions són les següents:
- Consulta de deutes pagats a partir d'1 de gener 2017 i obtenir el justificant de pagament.
- Consulta de deutes pendents i, si escau, procedir al seu pagament.
- Consulta de tributs de cobrament periòdic domiciliats i domiciliables, podent tramitar tant la modificació del compte de domiciliació dels tributs domiciliats com o sol·licitar la domiciliació dels tributs domiciliables.
- Informació d'usuari en l'àrea personal amb possibilitat de modificar les dades.
- Possibilitat d'activar la recepció d'avisos o comunicacions per sms i/o mail o a través de la mateixa aplicació.
Respecte a la informació de deutes pagats i pendents, cal tenir en compte que no es mostren les declaracions-liquidacions o autoliquidacions de tributs autonòmics pagades ni els documents d'ingrés corresponents a tributs o deutes autonòmics pagats en període voluntari.
El pagament telemàtic de tributs i deutes a través es pot realitzar amb targeta bancària (amb independència de l'entitat emissora) o mitjançant la banca electrònica de les entitats col·laboradores. Una vegada realitzat el pagament, si l'entitat bancària no redirigeix a l'usuari automàticament a l'aplicació, s'ha de prémer el botó "Tornar/Continuar" que apareix en la passarel·la de pagament de l'entitat per a obtenir el justificant o comprovant del pagament.
També hi ha a l'aplicació un apartat amb un avís de privacitat i s'assegura la protecció corresponent de les dades personals, de manera que les dades s'utilitzaran exclusivament a l'efecte del compliment dels drets i obligacions tributàries o relacionades amb la recaptació de deutes tributaris i altres ingressos de dret públics no tributaris i no seran cedits a terceres parts, excepte en els casos legalment previstos.
