Citiscape provides the access to important inbound information for your project and enables you to instantly receive important progress notifications.
You will be able to receive the notification of violations and complaints about your construction project in real-time directly from the New York City Department of Buildings. The main app tool is real time to instant DOB alerts in NYC for real estate business and construction management.
For the real estate business Citiscape will be useful in monitoring the performance of one-time work by civil contractors, viewing complaints and the status of their performance from NYC DOB about civil buildings.
Also several other useful tools in the app will be available for you.
Use the task planner for organization of civil construction, creating estimate costs and invoice, creating the tasks for contractor, approving the documents, viewing daily reports and planning work. Add the descriptions and documents to the created tasks, appoint responsible users and contractors, plan a work progress, manage estimates and invoices, leave comments, view the status of a specific task. Use app as a calculator tool for invoices.
You can organize the teams in the messenger for construction management as well as send messages, share any types of files, open access only to certain users, approve documents, send invoices and estimate costs, make decisions. Use app for discussion of construction calculations. Stay in touch with your civil managers and contractors.
Use Citiscape as a tool for cloud solution for storing all important construction documents, estimates and invoices. You can use app as a flexible files management. Share documents with other project participants and plan your next steps with Citiscape planner.
Receive push notifications from the New York City Department of Buildings. You will always be aware of new messages, work status and constructions process, attached documents, daily reports and much more.

The first subscription includes a 30-day free trial, after which they are enrolled in the monthly plan.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Users can manage and cancel subscriptions in their account settings on the Play Store.
