By creating a clear picture of the act, you are setting yourself up for sure success.
What work are you going to be doing? Which book or document are you going to work on? Which chapter? At what time of day do you see yourself doing the work? Where exactly are you going to be doing it or sitting down? See the specific details of the work you want to do.
When you set a clear intent and remove all ambiguities, you remove all the blocks. The mere act of picturizing will force you to create a strong mental image leading to doing it. Daily intent sets you up to do just that.
You are more prone to finish something when you “see” the specifics.
