Nei rapportini è possibile inserire le ore per ogni attività svolta (precedentemente codificata) e le eventuali spese sostenute.
Le attività possono essere pianificate e assegnate a persone diverse e visualizzate per giorno o in un calendario.
Il responsabile delle attività tramite la funzionalità di analisi dei dati, può tener sotto controllo tutti i dati filtrando per periodo, cliente, utente, ecc...
Alcune delle altre funzionalità sono:
- Riepilogo di tutti i rapportini aperti per cliente e utente (dashboard)
- Calendario con vari colori che indicano lo stato dei rapportini (chiusi/aperti/da fare)
- Pianificazione delle attività da fare con assegnazione a un utente
- Analisi dei dati in base a vari filtri (es. tot. ore da fatturare al cliente o da pagare a un dipendente)
- Chiusura veloce dei rapportini
- Anagrafica dei clienti e delle codifiche delle attività
- e molto altro ...
I dati vengono memorizzati in modo sicuro sui nostri server in modo da essere accessibili a tutti gli utenti registrati dal responsabile.
Tutte le funzionalità dell'app sono presenti anche nell'applicazione web all'indirizzo https://app.dailywork.it/ accessibile con le stesse credenziali.
La versione web permette di analizzare i dati comodamente dal pc e offre funzionalità aggiuntive come l'esportazione in Excel e la generazione di documenti fiscali.
Prima di poter utilizzare l'app è necessario registrarsi sul sito.
