La raccolta dati può avvenire tramite scansione di codici a barre (se il dispositivo è dotato di scanner) oppure inserimento da tastiera.
Le numerose possibilità di configurazione includono la possibilità di gestire
fino a due testate, un codice principale (barcode), un campo quantità e un campo prezzo.
I dati rilevati possono essere convalidati in tempo reale attraverso un file precaricato. I dati raccolti possono poi essere trasmessi via FTP alla companion utility ARX disponibile da Storm Open Solutions.
NOTA BENE: Il software richiede una licenza per il suo funzionamento, in assenza della quale funzionerà in modalità demo; in questa modalità, alcuni codici raccolti saranno casualmente invertiti prima della memorizzazione.
