Diversi per genere e rilevanza sono gli aspetti innovativi del progetto Emma.
Pensato per rendere l’innovazione tecnologica alla portata di musei di qualsiasi grandezza e ordine di fatturato, il primo elemento innovativo rispetto ai sistemi esistenti risiede nell’accessibilità del costo del pacchetto di servizi acquistabile, componibile a seconda delle specifiche necessità del museo e personalizzabile nel tempo. Il format di vendita sarà quello dei servizi ad abbonamento, e la composizione e sottoscrizione al pacchetto di servizi sarà rinnovabile trimestralmente.
Come unica piattaforma in grado di offrire molteplici servizi integrati tra loro, Emma solleverà i musei dalla gestione di rapporti con diversi fornitori e li svincolerà dall’imposizione di adozione di hardware selezionati, permettendo l’utilizzo dei propri servizi tramite qualsiasi desktop computer e dispositivo mobile già in loro possesso.
Oltre alle funzionalità prettamente legate alla gestione, Emma prevede l’integrazione di un innovativo sistema di tracking del visitatore all’interno del percorso museale, per mezzo di tag i quali, comunicando tramite tecnologia UWB con ancore disposte all’interno del museo, permettono la continua localizzazione del visitatore e la conseguente raccolta di dati relativi all’esperienza di visita, nonché la segnalazione del mancato rispetto del distanziamento, se richiesto dalle normative vigenti.
Infine, la flessibilità del sistema permetterà agli sviluppatori di ampliare nel tempo e migliorare continuamente l’offerta di Emma con moduli sempre nuovi, in risposta a nuove problematiche e requisiti raccolti dagli utenti.
