Nata in concomitanza con le crescenti richieste dei clienti, FLASH 14 offre un prodotto gestionale rivolto esclusivamente agli idraulici ed elettricisti che utilizzano il software FLASH 99 su piattaforma Windows. Per poter sfruttare appieno le potenzialità di FLASH 14 è infatti necessario disporre dell’applicativo per pc, con il quale questa App interagisce.

Porta sempre con te l’archivio dati relativo i tuoi clienti. Potrai consultarlo ovunque, fuori dall’ufficio, sul luogo di un cantiere o sul luogo di una manutenzione. Portandoti sulla scheda di un cliente potrai contattarlo telefonicamente o accedere al tuo servizio di posta per inviargli una mail!

Non ricordi il codice di una voce materiale? Hai utilizzato un articolo, ma non ricordi il prezzo? Questa funzionalità ti offre la possibilità di avere sempre a portata di click prezzi e voci dei listini importati. Potrai effettuare la ricerca inserendo la voce nell’apposito campo o servendoti del nuovo lettore di codici a barre: FLASH 14 verificherà se un applicativo di ‘barcode scanner’ è già installato sul tuo smartphone, altrimenti ti guiderà all’installazione!
• LISTE MATERIALE ======
Crea una Lista Materiale inserendo tutte le voci utilizzate durante un lavoro o durante un cantiere. L’elenco creato potrà essere velocemente importato in FLASH 99 (su pc) all’interno di svariati documenti (ad es. fatture, dichiarazioni di conformità). Facile e veloce per una agile stesura dei tuoi documenti!
• CANTIERI ======
Desideri tenere sotto controllo lo stato di avanzamento di un cantiere o di un lavoro? Il modulo Cantieri è ciò che fa per te! Ogni cantiere è strutturato e suddiviso per giornate e per ognuna di esse è possibile memorizzare i materiali e la manodopera utilizzati! FLASH 14 consente di creare e gestire una Tabella Manodopera, nella quale registrare e codificare ogni risorsa (operaio specializzato, apprendista, ecc.), indicandone il nominativo e il costo orario. Gestisci sin da subito un bilancio delle tue giornate di lavoro!
• APPUNTAMENTI ======
La vostra agenda pullula di impegni e non riuscite a tenere sotto controllo il quadro della situazione? Appuntamenti offre una risposta alle vostre esigenze: in questo modulo è infatti possibile creare da zero un elenco appuntamenti o importare una lista da FLASH 99. A partire dalla nuova versione vi è inoltre la possibilità di impostare una sveglia per evitare di dimenticare gli impegni della giornata in arrivo! Provalo subito!
