To use JOBy, your Collaborators only need a GPS-enabled smartphone and an Internet connection.
How does the app work in regard to recording working hours? If you are an employer or an HR manager, there is no need to download the application, as it will only be used by Collaborators. We recommend you to visit our website (find the address at the bottom of this page) to request a free demo with our team.
In the meantime, find out how JOBy detects the attendances of your Collaborators and simplifies the management of your company. JOBy has two interfaces: the employee interface and the employer interface. The employee interface is precisely this app, which transforms the smartphone into a virtual time card. The employer interface is the attendance management software available on our cloud.
The employee interface features an online map and a simple "asleep" icon. The icon is activated as soon as the Collaborator enters the radius of their workplace (whether it is an office, a construction site or other) and taps on the icon.
Starting today, with JOBy, a simple tap on your smartphone is enough to clock in at work! Note that the Collaborator must first activate GPS and grant permission to the JOBy app.
The employer interface is the back-end of the application and is very easy to use. You can set up the work areas to be monitored and the ranges of action.

- My company has several offices. Will I have to pay more to track all employees? No, you can set up multiple offices at no extra cost.
- How does attendance tracking work if Collaborators are on the move? You can also not set up a specific office. You will still be able to check the clock-out location when Collaborators tap on their smartphone.
- Is there also an iOS version? Certainly!
- But is all of this legal? Absolutely yes. The reform introduced by the Jobs Act allows personnel geolocation only to verify work activity. GPS-based geolocation tools can be used for this purpose only during working hours.
