This app continuously replicates all user data with ginstr cloud.
The data can then be analysed, processed, sorted, filtered, exported and shared with other departments, such as accounting or dispatching, in ginstr web - the web based platform for use with all ginstr apps.

The following data is recorded by the mobile worker with this ginstr app:
▶ first name of the mobile worker
▶ last name of the mobile worker
▶ user name of the mobile worker
▶ site name
▶ location name
▶ location NFC tag number
▶ time work began at each location
▶ time work ended at each location
▶ hours of work at each location
▶ GPS position at begin of work
▶ GPS position at end of work
▶ 0-2 pictures per work per location
▶ other remarks
▶ serial number of the smartphone
The following data is maintained via the Internet by the office employees and used for report generation:

▶ user name to login to the app

Benefits:
This ginstr app logs working time of mobile workers per location.
Each booking of a mobile worker is immediately transferred to the server so that the supervisor/customer is always informed about work progress and can detect irregularities in a timely matter.
This avoids trouble with customers by using the evaluation of stored data to ensure that employees have actually implemented the agreed work.
This app is offered to you at no cost; however, in order to use the app in conjunction with the ginstr cloud you need to purchase a ginstr subscription.
