upon signing up as new user, at every stage of the App, user gets an enriched experience by understanding LEAN or picking up an inquisitive query that gives insight on LEAN for the work and remove process waste.
The app guides to chisel down the processes into Vital nuggets and understand their Value Creation at every step.
At every step of process observation, user can freeze the moment. Record capture the voices and snap a picture. These vision and audition information helps to know the reality of the process features for later reviews and changes. Remain as unbiased historical data. In addition, user can add own text to describe the process activity. If some process activity is foreseen and if it not observed, user can Flag off and capture the actual information.
