说明
- fornire ai loro clienti uno strumento intuitivo per l’invio veloce di ordini/preventivi di acquisto;
- fornire ai propri agenti lo strumento per creazione ordini/preventivi del proprio parco clienti;
- creazione documenti interni all'azienda non fiscali (inventario,pre-bolle,...)
La procedura di caricamento dati vengono richiede solo i dati essenziali:
• Codice articolo
• Quantità
Ciononostante moviORDER prevede una serie di controlli e automatismi che permettono all’azienda di ricevere dati sempre corretti:
• Nuova sezione BestBuy dove vengono visualizzati i prodotti solitamente acquistati dell'utente;
• Visibilità articoli parametrizzata in base all'utente che effettua la login;
• Visibilità parametrizzata delle condizioni di vendita in base all'utente che effettua la login;
• I codici articolo possono essere digitati da tastiera oppure può essere letto il codice a barre tramite la fotocamera del dispositivo;
• Selezione quantità tramite picker impostabile secondi i controlli e le logiche aziendali (quantità minima,quantità multipla,quantità massima);
• Se l’articolo ha una descrizione/note aggiuntive ne viene evidenziata la presenza tramite l’icona “Info articolo”;
• In aggiunta alla quantità l’utente può inserire uan nota descrittiva per dettagliare eventuali particolarità;
• Tutti i dati sono memorizzati in un server web, nessun dato è memorizzato nel dispositivo;
• Una volta confermata una riga d’ordine il dato resta memorizzato nel database del server web, in attesa di conferma dell’intero ordine: questo significa che gli ordini possono essere inseriti in più riprese e da più dispositivi, per poi essere inviati assieme;
