Datenquelle: BEV - Bundesamt für Eich- und Vermessungswesen. Der Kunde benötigt einen Zugang zum BEV. URL:www.bev.gv.at. Keine Anmeldegebühr beim BEV. Die Datenwerden allerdings direkt vom BEV verrechnet.
Weiters wird eine Lizenz zur Software MyInterest siehe
https://www.agda.pro/myinterest benötigt.

My Interest dient zur Ermittlung von Grundstücks- und Eigentümerdaten der Immobilien über den Standort (GPS-Position).
Die Verwendung dieser Daten ermöglicht eine tagesaktuelle Abfrage.
Folgende Daten werden ermittelt: Zuname, Vorname, Titel, Straße und Hausnummer, Postleitzahl und soweit vorhanden, Geburtsdatum des Eigentümers.
Weitere ermittelte Daten sind: Grundstücksgrößen und Nutzungsinformationen.

Grundbuchsabfrage § 6.
(1) Nach Maßgabe der technischen und personellen Möglichkeiten ist jedermann zur Abfrage des Grundbuchs, der Urkundensammlung und der Hilfsverzeichnisse mit Ausnahme des Personenverzeichnisses aus der Grundstücksdatenbank und der Urkundendatenbank mittels automationsunterstützter Datenverarbeitung (Grundbuchsabfrage) befugt.
