L’app si rivolge principalmente a due categorie:
- - L’utente stesso che vuole monitorare il percorso delle attività che sta svolgendo;
- - Ai clienti che riescono ad avere uno storico sugli interventi usufruiti e una pianificazione ottimale per la gestione delle proprie attività.
My TeamFacile è, in questa prima fase di pubblicazione, una App di sola lettura che permette di visionare la gestione degli appuntamenti con i relativi
operatori interessati e il dettaglio dell’appuntamento, attraverso un calendario semplice e chiaro che consente di organizzare al meglio anche le attività quotidiane dei Clienti stessi , in base agli appuntamenti previsti per l’utente.
Concepita in modo semplice e intuitivo, l’App consta di 4 pagine fondamentali:
• - La pagina di Login
• - La pagina degli appuntamenti
• - La pagina dei dettagli degli appuntamenti
• - La pagina di ripristino della password
Di fondamentale importanza, il contenuto all’interno della pagina dei dettagli degli appuntamenti che attraverso una sezione dedicata alle “Note”, può informare il Cliente di accorgimenti.
