Introducing MyIntelliClock™ for Android, the complete system for simplifying client appointment booking. MyIntelliClock for Android is an easy to understand and easy to use application and system for your Android device. Designed to work like a natural extension of the operating system, the user interface for MyIntelliClock for Android is intuitive and thoughtfully organized to help you easily allow your clients to schedule appointments electronically. Because our company takes the time to research, study, and understand the applications we develop, we are confident that once you use MyIntelliClock for Android, you will be asking yourself how you ever got along without it.
MyIntelliClock for Android includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Easy client self-appointment booking using Android or via a button we provide placed on your web site for online appointment booking by clients,
- Perfect application for busy accountants, hairdressers, attorneys, physicians, or any professional that wants to streamline and ease booking appointments for clients at their convenience and during non-business hours, weekends, holidays, etc.,
- Allows you to free up staff to work on more key core aspects central to your business and improves productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness,
- Whether single user license or multi-user license, lists you in our company directory (single user license, multi-user license), allows clients to use your application to book appointments from the web or through the Android application that can be downloaded (single user license, multi-user license), and allows you to arm multiple users in your business with the power and ability to facilitate client appointment booking by simply having them download the application to their phone (multi-user license),
- Centralized, cloud-based technology with intuitive web interface allows you easily see information for you and any users you add with 24/7/365 access,
- Adding multiple users is as simple as sending an invitation via email from the application to the target user and the user can click a link in the email at his/her convenience and set it up in less than two minutes, so no complex multi-user setup,
- You and your users may setup base weekly appointment times that may be changed at any time and for certain dates an exception needs to be made to the base schedule, you may schedule an availability exception and it will automatically remove the time slot(s) from your availability,
- Easy administration can be accomplished both via the web and the phone application as well,
- Clients self-book appointments by clicking a button you place on your web site or searching the business index in the phone applications,
- Emails are sent to the client and the provider of notice of a new appointment, a cancellation, or in the case of the client, a reminder three days in advance of their appointment automatically.
