Περιγραφή
Collegata e sincronizzata in tempo reale alla piattaforma gestionale YAP di MMB.
Consente di:
- Visualizzare tutti gli appuntamenti della giornata in corso e fino ad 1 anno prima.
- Pianificare gli appuntamenti fino ad 1 anno dalla giornata in corso, in base alle proprie disponibilità e per tipologia di attività.
- Aggiungere o aggiornare i TAG all'appuntamento.
- Telefonare direttamente al contatto riportato nell'appuntamento.
- Creare una pratica da una semplice fotografia della targa oppure da inserimento libero.
- Associare una o più fotografie alla pratica.
- In fase di accettazione è possibile scegliere se collegarsi ad un appuntamento già esistente oppure crearne uno nuovo.
- Inviare al PCStazione la revisione da effettuare.
- Prenotare la revisione in un Centro associato, trasferendo tutti i dati necessari.
- Completare i dati tecnici ed anagrafici mancanti.
- Compilare l'ordine di lavoro relativo alle operazioni da svolgere per la manutenzione del veicolo.
- Associare all'ordine di lavoro, in fase di creazione, data e ora di ritiro.
- Personalizzare gli esiti e le descrizioni dei controlli eseguiti in fase di accettazione, aggiungendo anche note ed immagini.
- Visualizzare l'elenco delle revisioni e degli ordini di lavoro 'aperti' e 'conclusi' sia della giornata in corso che di una specifica data.
- Utilizzare la funzione marcatempo.
- Visualizzare il documento e i dettagli degli pneumatici in deposito e montati.
- Modificare ubicazione e note di un documento di deposito.
- Modificare la misura del battistrada e il DOT degli pneumatici automaticamente su tutti gli assi.
- Inviare ai dispositivi e-Sign i documenti dematerializzati per la firma digitale.
- Consultare i documenti dematerializzati.
