الوصف
The application is divided into three sections:
Section One: Notes
This is for managing your notes as you can record notes quickly, with the ability to specify the time of the reminder, and to specify the note list Study for example or work, for easier browse of notes
These are some of the advantages
- the ability to assign a color to each note.
- The number of notes is unlimited
- The notes appear, arranged from newest to oldest
- You can choose the size and style of the text to make notes appear as you prefer
- The note is saved automatically after it is written or modified
The second section: Task Management
You can write your daily and weekly tasks in an easy and organized way
First, you enter the task title and the list to which the task belongs and choose the start date and end date of the task. You can also specify the days of the week if it is a weekly task, for example, you choose all days except Friday and Saturday
With specify task time for each day
Where the application displays the tasks that you have to do every day in the main menu and you specify the tasks that were accomplished by me showing a horizontal line means that they are successfully completed
Also, the application shows you the weekly timeline chart to see everything that you have accomplished and what remains so that you can evaluate productivity
Among the tasks you can add are studying, working or homework ...
The third section: Pomodoro technique
It is a time management technique that helps you focus during work or study that allows you to focus on one task at a time
And that is by using a timer to divide the work time into time periods of 25 minutes each, They are separated by short breaks
This method is based on the idea of frequent stopping for comfort that can improve Promptitude and focus.
Regular breaks increase productivity
How to apply this technique with the application :
1. Choose the work you want to do.
2. Set the timer to 25 minutes (usually)
3. Start the work until the timer ends.
4. Take a short rest period of 3-5 minutes and then return again to complete
5. After every 4 promodari (working hours) take a long break for 15 to 30 minutes
