Mô tả
Bimasakti Priority dapat digunakan oleh para tim teknisi untuk mencatat dan memperbaharui data dari kegiatan yang dilakukan di lokasi masing-masing unit atau area.
Bimasakti Priority menyediakan tiga menu yaitu CARE, UTILITY dan HAND OVER.
CARE :
Menu ini menampilkan semua daftar pekerjaan teknisi yang sudah dijadwalkan oleh para manajer departemen. Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan tersebut, teknisi menggunakan Bimasakti Priority untuk memperbahui data antara lain waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan solusi yang dilakukan dan dilengkapi dengan foto-foto sebagai bukti penyelesaiannya.
Selain itu setiap teknisi juga dapat mendaftarkan temuan masalah yang ada di gedung saat mereka temukan melalui menu CARE.
UTILITY
Mempermudah tim engineer untuk melakukan pencatatan angka stand dan foto pada meteran listrik, air dan gas. Data ini langsung terkirim ke bagian keuangan untuk diproses menjadi tagihan setiap periode.
HAND OVER UNIT
Proses serah terima dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi. Semua jadwal serah terima unit otomatis masuk ke Bimasakti Priority. Tim pelaksana melalui Bimasakti Priority dapat memberikan tanda di check list yang sudah disiapkan dan dilampirkan dengan foto saat itu. Jika ada tanda defect pada check list, maka system akan otomatis membuatkan ticket yang dapat langsung di follow up oleh bagian terkait.
