Projects Manager is a comprehensive system built to help organizations manage projects and all related financial and operational activities within a single integrated platform. It supports the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and completion, while providing clear visibility and control over budgets, transactions, documents, and team responsibilities.

The system is designed for real multi-user environments where multiple users can work on the same database at the same time. Each user can be assigned a role with specific permission levels, allowing administrators to control what users can view and what actions they can perform. This helps organizations maintain security, accuracy, and accountability across teams such as project managers, accountants, engineers, and operational staff.

Projects Manager also supports a cost center structure to organize projects by departments, branches, or business units. Users are linked to a specific cost center, and the system ensures that users only see projects that belong to their own cost center. This provides structured access control and improves privacy and organization across the company.

To enhance collaboration and productivity, the built-in notification system alerts each user when items are assigned or directed to them, such as new project activities, updates, approvals, or workflow actions.
