描述
Deze informatie is erg belangrijk voor bewijsvoering en verslaglegging achteraf. Door het groeiende aantal projecten werd het voor ABK een steeds grotere uitdaging om deze informatiestroom te ordenen.
De renovatie applicatie ondersteunt bij het digitaliseren van de werkzaamheden.
Opeenvolgend zijn de volgende apps gebouwd: een inventarisatie-app voor het inventariseren van benodigde herstelwerkzaamheden; een renovatie-app voor het vastleggen van uitgevoerde reparaties; een CMS waarin alle gegevens centraal worden opgeslagen.
Alle ingevoerde gegevens worden direct gesynchroniseerd in de cloud. Het inventarisatierapport komt daardoor met een druk op de knop uit het CMS rollen.
Uit te voeren reparatiewerkzaamheden worden via het CMS toegekend aan specifiek geauthoriseerde medewerkers.
Via de app leggen deze medewerkers de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden vast. Ook hier zijn alle geregistreerde gegevens direct opvraagbaar in het CMS in een werkzaamhedenrapport.
