The popular Pomodoro Technique and 52/17 Rule are supported through customisable work and rest interval durations, with additional options available to customise your experience to match your preferences.
POMODORO TECHNIQUE
The Pomodoro Technique is a popular time management method. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
52/17 RULE
The 52/17 Rule is a time management method that recommends 52 minutes of focused working alternated by 17 minutes of complete resting and recharging.
