Description
Le informazioni sono suddivise per tipologia in tre distinte sezioni:
• dati generali quali ad esempio l’ubicazione dell’istituto, la tipologia edilizia, lo stato di manutenzione degli impianti;
• indagine strutturale per definire le principali caratteristiche dell’edificio e dell’area dove è situato;
• indagine energetica per definire le principali caratteristiche energetiche dell’edificio, degli impianti e dei servizi.
All'interno di queste sezioni sono presenti tutti i vari aspetti da rilevare, raggruppati in forma grafica a mezzo di icone e per tipologia di dato da inserire. Compilando quindi i dati di input richiesti nelle diverse sezioni dell’applicativo, si ottengono come risultati finali:
• il report del rilievo eseguito in formato editabile (completo di foto e riferimenti ad elaborati progettuali analizzati in fase di sopralluogo);
• il livello della Classe di merito energetica (per riscaldamento ed elettrica) e l’elenco degli interventi necessari per migliorarne la prestazione;
• il Livello di Intervento ed il Livello di Priorità, evidenziando situazioni critiche dal punto di vista strutturale e permettendo una prima valutazione delle priorità di intervento;
• un file in formato .XML contenente tutte le informazioni inserite dal tecnico, che verrà utilizzato da ENEA per creare una piattaforma informatica di pianificazione strategica per l’attuazione di interventi di sicurezza e di riqualificazione energetica per le scuole e che consentirà di individuare le zone con maggiore necessità di interventi.
Il report riproduce le schede compilate con i dati inseriti dal responsabile della diagnosi e contiene sia le informazioni strutturali che quelle energetiche dell’edificio, e identifica tutti gli interventi di miglioramento degli edifici scolastici necessari.
SafeSchool 4.0, in chiave sostenibile, non si limiterà ad indicare le possibili e sostenibili soluzioni di retrofit tecnologico sugli edifici esistenti secondo le normative vigenti, ma fornirà, in un unico progetto di recupero dell’esistente, anche indicazioni su come impostare il successivo progetto strutturale; questo naturalmente in base alle diverse pericolosità territoriali, ambientali e climatiche.
