تطبيق الخدمة الذاتية مقدم من الحلول القياسية لنظام لوجيكس يقدم خدمات مثل ارسال الطلبات مثل الاجازة وغيرها، التحضير اونلاين واوفلاين، الاشعارات في الوقت الحقيقي.
Seize تطبيق للخدمة الذاتية يدعم اللغتين العربية والانجليزية يقدم خدمات للموظفين مثل
- معلومات الموظف الاساسية.
- معلومات الرواتب.
- الاستحقات.
- السلف.
- سلم الرواتب.
- الاشعارات في الوقت الحقيقي ويمكنك استعراض الاشعارات وقراءتها من التطبيق.
- التحضير في حال وجود انترنت او حتى في حال عدم توفر الانترنت.
- عرض سجل التحضير مع امكانية فلترة النماذج بحسب الحالة، الرقم، نوع النموذج او التاريخ.
- الطلبات (النماذج) يمكنك استعراض:
* الطلبات الواردة للتطبيق من قبل الموظفين الاخرين.
* الطلبات الصادرة والتي ارسلها الموظف بنفسة او عمل اجراد على طلبات موظفين اخرين.
* طلبات الموظف نفسة التي ارسلها الى موظفين اخرين.
* عرض تفاصيل الطلب لكافة البيانات التي تم ارسالها في حالة كنت المستقبل للطلب تستطيع عمل اجراءت مثل القبول، الرفض، الموافقة وغيرها.
* استعراض انوع نماذج الطلبات واختيار نوع نوذج الطلب مثل طلب اجازة، استئذان، سلفة أوأي نموذج طلب يتم انشاءه ديناميكيا في نظام لوجيكس.
