Este sistema permite a cualquier persona rastrear o consultar de manera fácil, rápida, segura y gratuita, toda la información relevante relacionada con el producto adquirido, a partir del código de barras, código QR o número único de identificación ubicado en la estampilla tricolor, escribiendo o activando simplemente la cámara de su móvil; se validan datos como: las características del producto, el Departamento autorizado para el consumo, la empresa distribuidora, el origen y el destino del producto. Se alertará al usuario cualquier irregularidad en la información, permitiendo evitar que consuma el producto y facilitándole la denuncia respectiva.
Además, a través de esta aplicación, los establecimientos comercializadores de productos gravados con el impuesto al consumo, pondrán inscribirse, registrar sus productos (deber legal), ser Puntos de Venta Responsable, y contribuir con la legalidad y protección de sus clientes.
