❓How Unpluq Works
Select which apps to block, and when. If you need to access a blocked app, make a conscious choice to open it by passing through an Unpluq Distraction Barrier–a digital key that makes you think twice and ensure you really do want to open that app. To open blocked apps, you need to take a walk, shake your phone, follow a random pattern by tapping, charge your phone, or use the Unpluq Tag keyfob (the most effective barrier).
